Please note that all three of these (A, B, and C) are totally separate; none of them automatically includes the others.
A: Registering to Attend the ConferenceFill out this form. Easy peasy.
B: Reserving a Room at the HotelMost HHC 2013 attendees will stay at the Cambria Suites Hotel in Fort Collins, just down the street from HP. This facilitates socializing after hours, arranging carpools, comparing programming techniques while lounging in the hotel’s indoor hot tub, and so on. You may stay elsewhere if you wish, of course, but then you will be on your own.
Cambria Suites, which was also the official hotel of HHC 2009 and HHC 2010, is once again offering us a special room rate, and this year it’s even less than in 2009 and 2010!
The special HHC 2013 rate is only $72 per night (plus taxes), single king, or $82 double queen.
To reserve a room at this awesome HHC 2013 rate, you must call the hotel direct at 970-267-9000. Be sure to mention “HHC 2013” for the special HHC rate! This special rate offer is not available online or by toll-free telephone; it is only available by direct telephone call. The offer is good until they run out of rooms or August 20, whichever comes first. After the August 20 deadline, they might be able to extend the special rate for you; it’s worth a try.
Contact Richard J. Nelson if you have any questions or hotel issues.

C: Signing Up for the Optional NIST/NOAA ToursRegistration for the NIST and NOAA tours is now closed. NIST and NOAA require a complete list of all tour attendees ahead of time, and Felix Gross sent in those lists on September 8. You can see who is on the tour lists on the HHC 2013 Registered Attendees page.
