Conference Expenses

The attendees' fee = (total cost of conference) ÷ (number of attendees). This year the fee was $60, which did not quite cover all the costs. The deficit was covered by the small surplus left over from last year's conference.

The special HHC Rate this year was $110 per night. If you include all the taxes and fees, it came to $129.28 per night.

The hotel offers a complementary buffet breakfast from 6:00 am to 9:30 am. The hotel does not have a formal restaurant. Breakfast was eggs, omelets, bacon and sausage, cinnamon rolls, etc. It was not a large, full breakfast, but it was pretty good; see full details here. A Waffle House (open 24/7) is about 100 feet away and Panera Bread Company (open 6 AM 9 PM) is 100 feet away, both of which serve breakfast foods too.

Lunch and dinner on Saturday, and lunch on Sunday, were in the conference room, and were included in the conference fee.
