Having an official conference hotel facilitates socializing after hours, arranging carpools, comparing programming techniques while enjoying either the indoor pool or the outdoor whirlpool, and so on. The HHC 2023 room rate is $149 + 12.5% tax per night ($167.63) for 1-2 guests in a room, $174+tax for 3 guests in a room, and $199+tax for four guests in a room. This rate is guaranteed for up to 30 rooms, and must be booked before Sept 6, 2023. The special conference rate will be available for the nights of Oct 3 - 10. All reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card.

Reservations

(1) Online: We have a special reservation link that incorporates our reduced HHC conference rate. This is the easiest way to make a reservation. Hyatt Place - Orlando Airport
(2) Phone: 1-888-591-1234. Or you can make a reservation by calling the front desk directly, you know, like your grandfather did. Mention the "Group code G-HHUC".
(3) Shuttle Pickup: 407-816-7800. Call this number for a free hotel shuttle at Terminal A or Terminal B.

All reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card. Guests must cancel their individual reservations at least 24 hours prior to the 3 p.m. date of arrival to avoid a penalty charge of the first night's room and tax. Contact Stephen Thomas if you have any questions or hotel issues.

Meals

The hotel features an in-house restaurant. Most conference attendees will eat breakfast there, as breakfast is included with your room. At this time we're unsure how many meals will be included with your conference registration. The hotel also offers shuttles to/from a nearby shopping center with many dining choices.

Transportation between Hotel and Airport

The hotel provides complimentary shuttle service between the airport and the hotel. There are 3 terminals at Orlando International Airport: A, B and the new Terminal C. Terminal C currently services international flights and JetBlue. The hotel shuttle recently began serving Terminal C, although the hotel recommends using the internal airport transportation to meet the shuttle at Terminal A or B as a faster option. At times of peak demand, they may prioritize Terminals A & B. When you are ready to be picked up -- AFTER you have collected your luggage -- then call the hotel for pickup at 407.816.7800. The hotel shuttle does not operate between 2:00AM and 4:00AM daily.

Connecting Between Terminals

If you are connecting between Terminals A/B and Terminal C, there are two options:

Terminal Link

The Terminal Link (APM) operates 24 hours per day, but requires a walk of approximately 1,200 feet, from Terminal C, Level 4 through Parking Garage C to the Train Station

The airport shuttle bus service operates 24 hours a day Pick-up and drop-off is at:
