Having an official conference hotel facilitates socializing after hours, arranging carpools, comparing programming techniques while enjoying either the indoor pool or the outdoor whirlpool, and so on. The HHC 2025 room rate is $105 + 12.5% tax per night ($118.13) for up to four (4) guests in a room, which may have two double beds or a single king bed. This rate is guaranteed for up to 30 rooms, and must be booked by August 26, 2025. The special conference rate will be available for the nights of September 23-October 1. All reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit or debit card.

NOTE: The reservation confirmation email that guests receive may state that hotel parking fees are additional. This is not the case for HHC: parking is included for all our attendees who stay at the hotel, and guests will be given the parking code upon checkin.

All reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card or debit card. Guests must cancel their individual reservations by 11:59pm EDT one day before their arrival date to avoid a penalty charge of the first night's room and tax. Meals

The hotel features an in-house restaurant. Most conference attendees will eat breakfast there, as breakfast is included with your room. At this time we're unsure how many meals will be included with your conference registration. The hotel also offers shuttles to/from a nearby shopping center with many dining choices.
