How to Sign Up to Give a Talk

Want to give a talk at HHC 2026? Great! We’d love to hear your ideas. Here’s how to get started:

  1. When you register to attend, indicate your intention to give a talk by providing the proposed title.
  2. If your topic or title changes later, please notify David Ramsey as soon as possible.
  3. Submit your full paper electronically before the deadline: September 13, 2026.

Your paper submission is required to be included in the official schedule and proceedings.

What’s Provided for All Speakers

You’re welcome to bring your own laptop and materials — but we supply the following for every presenter:

  • Laptop running Mac OS with Microsoft PowerPoint installed
  • LCD projector and screen
  • Up to two flip charts (with markers)
  • Sound system with: one handheld microphone and one lavaliere/lapel mic
  • Surge protectors and extension cords as needed

All attendees — including speakers and committee members — pay the same registration fee.
