Most HHC 2024 attendees will stay at the official HHC 2024 hotel, the Courtyard Nashville Smyrna. Reservation information appears below.
Having an official conference hotel facilitates socializing after hours, arranging carpools, comparing programming techniques while enjoying either the indoor pool or the outdoor whirlpool, and so on. The HHC 2024 room rate is $185.00 per night (all taxes and fees included) for double queen or king bed room. This rate applies from Thursday, September 19, through Monday, September 23. The hotel check-in time is 4:00PM.
- Hotel reservations must be made no later than August 30, 2024 in order to qualify for the HHC room rate. Reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card.
- All reservations cancelled after 11:59PM two days prior to your planned arrival date will be charged one night's stay at the conference rate.
- Costs for the venue have risen this year, and our use of the conference room at the hotel depends upon the number of rooms and nights we book. If we don't have enough HHC attendees staying at the official venue, we will incur extra costs for the use of the conference room, and we will have to charge attendees staying off-site an additional fee to cover our use of the conference room. If you stay at a hotel other than the official venue, please be prepared to pay an additional $100 fee. If enough people stay at the conference hotel we will not have to charge this, but we wanted to be clear about the possibility.
